• Your acceptance of our Air Ticket / Tour Package / Hotel fare does not constitute confirmation. Confirmations are subjected to your deposit being paid to us on the stipulated date, and on the availability of flight seat and hotel room specified during the agreement. 

• All unspecified tours or meals, beverages, laundry, room service, cable and telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, passport and visa costs, airport taxes and additional security taxes as well as all other items of the personal nature not specified in our tour itinerary agreement. 

• 14-20 days before departure – S$300.00 per person or whichever is higher basing on agreed invoice prices.
  
• 07-14 days before departure – 75% of agreed invoice price.
  
• Less than 7 days or No Show – 100% of agreed invoice price.

• An amendment fee of S$75 (or equivalent amount charged by the suppliers) will be imposed on any amendments made after documents are processed and S$30 administrative charges for any additional administrative services required after reservations have been acted upon. 

• There will be no refund for any unused air tickets, accommodations, transfers between airport and hotel, sightseeing, and meals not taken either in part or full. 

• Any complaints / claims have to be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return. TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD shall not be held liable or accept any responsibility in respect of any complaints / claims that are made after 14 days. 

• Only 20kg per person are allowed on air package. You will be responsible for any excess baggage charges imposed by the airline concerned. 

• Air Ticketing issued are as specified at the time of the agreement. In the event that the Airline of the issued Air Ticket should be overbooked or cancelled its operation, every effort will be made for an alternative Airline and TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of the agreed invoice prices if such unforeseen events should happened. 

• Hotel check-in time is 1400hrs / check-out time is 1200hrs. Early check-in time or extended late check-out time may be requested but is subject to the availability and agreement by the participating hotel. 

• Hotels used are as specified at the time of the agreement. In the event that the accommodation in the selected hotel is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel of similar standard. TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of agreed invoice prices if such unforeseen events should happened. Unless specifically mentioned, all accommodation (rooms) provided will be on ‘run-of-house' basis. 

• It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain a passport validity for at least 6 months from date of departure and visa (if required), for the countries to be visited. TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of Air Ticket / Tour Package / Hotel prices if any passenger is refused entry by any country for whatever reasons. 

• TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD reserves the right to cancel any Air Ticket / Tour Package / Hotel arrangements prior to departure dates for any reasons. Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded in full without any further obligations on the part of TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD. 

• TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD reserves the right to change the itinerary of the Air Ticket / Tour Package / Hotel with or without the prior notice to the passenger due to operational reasons. 

• Unless otherwise specified, all transfers will be based on “seat-in-coach” basis. Should the specified transportation was not available at the stipulated times or locations (arrival transfer, departure transfer, sightseeing tours, meals transfer…etc) passengers are to contact the local principal concerned to get further advise. Failure to do so would be resulted in “NO COMPENSATION LIABILITY” of any kind by the local principal as well as TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD. 

• It is the passenger's responsibility in getting Medical, Dental check-ups or even obtain vaccinations prior to departure if require by the countries of visit. We strongly recommend that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your holidays (covering medical, cancellation, hospitalization, personal accident, lost baggage, flight delay, personal belongings and personal liability).

• TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD hereinafter called “The Company” acts only as a trading agent to the Airlines Transportation providers, Hotels and other related principals, and all Air Tickets, Vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which such transportations and other services are provided. TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD assume no responsibility for any injury, accident, flight delay, detention, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconvenience to the passenger, whether by reason of defect in any vehicle or through act of default of any company or person engaged in housing or conveying the passengers or in carrying out arrangements of the tour through act of war, national disturbance or act of god or otherwise in connection therewith. TVI HOLIDAYS PTE LTD, Airlines, Transportation companies, Hotels and our other related principals shall be exempted from liabilities in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however and by whomever caused, and of whatever kind occurring on or to the passenger at anytime when the passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or operated by the Airlines, Transportation companies and Hotels.
